Nadine Joy Pearson, 91

 Former Warsaw resident Nadine Joy Pearson died Friday, September 15, at Franklin United Methodist Community in Franklin, Indiana. She was 91.
Mrs. Pearson worked for more than 14 years as an IBM operator at Irwin Union and First National Bank in Cincinnati. She was later the dietitian for Madison State Hospital. After retiring from the hospital, Mrs. Pearson opened and operated a day care for the next 38 years.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, painting, crossword puzzles and reading, especially her Bible, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Sharon of Sparta and Elizabeth Myers of Edinburgh, Indiana; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; one son, Charles Allen Hamm; and five brothers, Lester, Clarence, Charles, William and Archie Stephens.
Rev. Mark Myers conducted the funeral service, Thursday, September 21, at the Apostolic Tabernacle of Edinburgh.
The committal service was held Friday, September 22, at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.
Sawyer & Pickett Funeral Home in North Vernon, Indiana, handled the arrangements for the family.
