Shirley Mae Jividen Baker, 78

 Carrollton resident Shirley Mae Jividen Baker died Saturday, August 29, at King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison. She was 78.
Mrs. Baker is survived by her husband, Rev. Floyd Baker; one daughter, Lori Beasey of Louisville; one son, Brent Baker of Perry Park; two brothers, Joe Jividen of Texas and Bob Jividen of Tennessee; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Eric Scott Baker, and two brothers, Don and Chester Jividen, Jr.
Visitation was held Monday, August 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
Rev. Dr. Chris White conducted the funeral service Tuesday, September 1, at 1 p.m., at the church.
Burial was at the Warsaw Cemetery.
Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton handled the arrangements.
Memorials are suggested to Gideons International or the Alzheimer’s Association in care of the funeral home.
