Ronald F. Gosney, 61

 Verona resident Ronald F. Gosney died Sunday, June 27, at his home. He was 61 years old.
Mr. Gosney retired after working for 35 years as an appliance technician for Sears. He was a member of the Florence Christian Church and a past Master of the F&AM Lodge #264 in Burlington.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Rudd Gosney; three daughters, Rhonda Gail Glatting of Edgewood, Erin Renee Thurston of Burlington and Katherine Noelle Gosney of Covington; four sons, David Edward Tackett of Warsaw, Brian Wesley Tackett and Darren Brandon Tackett of Verona, and Loren Keith Tackett of Sanders; one sister, Donna Carol Anness of Florence; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held Thursday, July 1, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona. The funeral service was held Friday, July 2, at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home.
Burial was at New Bethel Cemetery in Verona.
