James D. "Jim" Wren, 69

 Warsaw resident James D. “Jim” Wren died Tuesday, June 22, at Hospice Care Center of Northern Kentucky in Ft. Thomas. He was 69 years old.
Mr. Wren was a retired maintenance supervisor for the Gallatin County Board of Education. He was a member of the Vineyard Christian Church of Florence and enjoyed woodworking in his spare time.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Smith Wren of Warsaw; three sons, James “Jim” M. Wren of Glencoe, Mark A. Wren of Denver, CO., and Christopher “Chris” F. Wren of Union; and one daughter, Karen D. Gross of Glencoe; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 24, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 25, also at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger.
