William Yeager "Billy" Chipman, 63

 Warsaw resident William Yeager “Billy” Chipman died Saturday, June 5, at his home. He was 63 years old.
Mr. Chipman was a member of the Warsaw United Methodist Church. He was a driver and dispatcher for the Gallatin County Emergency Medical Services. He also served as Warsaw Constable and Assistant Chief of the Gallatin County Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Higgins Chipman of Warsaw; two daughters, Lanette Morrison of Ghent and Derina Doolin of Warsaw; his mother, Aileen Osborne Chipman of Warsaw; one sister, Ruthie Niebergall of Warsaw; three grandchildren, Jama Morrison, Savanah and Autaum Doolin; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Tuesday, June 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Warsaw United Methodist Church. Bro. Darrell Maines conducted the funeral service, also at the church, Wednesday, June 9, at 2 p.m. Burial was at the Warsaw Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jerry Webb, Barry Alexander, Jerry Hunt, Walter Smith, Branden Doolin, Clifford Higgins and Clifton Higgins.
Memorials are suggested to the family or to the Warsaw United Methodist Church.
