William Frank Balcar, 56

 Glencoe resident William Frank Balcar died Friday, May 18, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was 56 years old.
Mr. Balcar was a painter and a member of the Northern Kentucky Harley Riders.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Perkins Balcar; four sons, Phil Balcar of Austin, Texas, Joe Perkins of Vevay, Jason Chapman of Warsaw and Tyler Puckett of Glencoe; two daughters, Jessica Courtney Balcar of Warsaw and Bobbie Jean Jones of Ghent; two brothers, Phillip Bryant of Nashville, Tennessee and James Balcar of Sparta; four sisters, Evella Balcar of Florida, Charlotte Bryant of Georgia and Tess and Annie Bryant; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation was held Tuesday, May 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw.
The funeral service was held immediately following visitation.
Burial was at the Warsaw Cemetery.
