Richard R. Peace, 81

 Warsaw resident Richard R. Peace died February 19, at his home, He was 81 years old.

Mr. Peace was, at one time, a construction worker for G.E. Corp. in Louisville. He also farmed and owned and operated Crystal Lake Bar in Warsaw for 25 years.

Mr. Peace was a member of Ten Mile Baptist Church.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mr. Peace is survived by his wife, Janet Williams Peace of Warsaw; tow sons, Troy Peace of Glencoe and Chris Harr of Maryland; one daughter Michelle Brinker of South Carolina; two brothers, Jack Peace of Warsaw and Jim Peace of Union; one sister, Jeannie Scott of Warsaw; five grand children and one great grand child.

The funeral was February 22. Burial was at the Napoleon I.O.O.F Cemetery. Memorials to the charity of donorís choice.
