Robert Thomas "Bob Bethel, 0

 Carrollton resident Robert Thomas “Bob” Bethel died Sunday, August 7, at Gallatin Health Care. He was 82 years old.
Mr. Bethel was a retired manager for Kentucky Utilities in Gallatin County. He was on the original Board of Directors for the Warsaw Ambulance Service and helped former Mayor Dick Weldon obtain the All American City award twice in Warsaw. He was also a Mason, served on the Northern Kentucky Area Development Board and was a lifetime member of the Lions Club.
He is survived by one son, Willard Nicholas “Nick” Bethel of Carrollton; one daughter, Sandra Wilson of Lexington; one brother, Charles Bethel of Louisville; three grandchildren, Cameron Wade Wilson, Amber Wilson Cowan and Laura Christine Bethel; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Graham-Dunn Funeral Home in Carrollton. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 11, at 1 p.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Carrollton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
